1. Setting Up Your Platform

To create a Platform on Vonza, take the following steps:

  • Sign up for a new Vonza account. All you need to do is enter your full name, email ID, phone number, set a password, and consent to Vonza’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy by checking the box. After doing this, click on Get Started.
  • Next, decide upon a name for your Platform. If you want to create additional platforms under your Vonza account, go to the Create a New Platform section of your Vonza profile.
  • On your dashboard, click on the Settings to enter your platform settings like Homepage heading, description and Reply to Email.

2. Publishing Your Platform

  • Click on your name on the bottom right and then select Settings.

  • Adjust your platform settings – homepage heading, homepage description, Reply to Email etc.
  • Once you’re done, click on the Publish Your Platform button on the top right.
  • You can Preview your platform to make sure everything is correct. Alternatively, you can also publish your platform from the Website icon on the left.

3. Configuring Vonza Payments via Stripe

Customers’ credit and debit card transactions are processed by Stripe and paid out directly to you. You can use the dashboard to view your balance and payout history. To connect your Vonza Platform with Stripe, follow the steps below:

  • Go to Settings > Payment and click on the Connect with Stripe button.

  • Fill the form and select the type of entity you would be running your business as (Individual, sole proprietor or single-member LLC; Company; Nonprofit Organization), mobile number and email.
  • After this, a verification code will be sent to the number you provided to complete the verification process.
  • Now, enter your Legal name and Business website.

  • For your payout details, you can either provide your bank information or debit card details.

1. Create Your Online Course

  • Once you have created your account and logged in, click on Course under Commerce.
  • Input the Course Title e.g. ‘Digital Marketing for Beginners’. Then add a suitable Subtitle to capture the essence of your course in a short description.

  • Click the icon to the right to create a new Bio. Here, you can add an image of not more than 8MB in size, name, headline and a short biography.
  • You will then move on to the Detail page where you will enter Basic details, Branding, Sales Page and SEO information.
  • Next, click on Curriculum to start adding sections, lessons and content.
  • Now click on Pricing to add price to your course. You can choose between Elite for one-time payments or Pro for installment or recurring payment plans.

2. Adding YouTube & Vimeo Videos to Your Online Course on Vonza

Adding a YouTube or Vimeo videos to your online course is super easy to do. Just follow these steps:

  • Click on Curriculum, select the lesson and hover to the Add Html tab and click.

  • Go to the YouTube or Vimeo video you want to add, and select the share tab below the video. Click on the Embed icon and then select copy on the bottom right.
  • Go ahead and paste the code copied to the “Add Html” tab in your Course lesson and hit save.

  • The video will become available in your Course lesson on your Vonza platform.

3. Adding a Customer to an Online Course Manually

  • From the Course Manager, select the course for which you want to add customers.
  • Click on the Customers to the left and then click on Invite button.

  • Enter the intended customer’s name and email. Now, click on Invite.

After this, your customer will receive an email with instructions on how to access the course.
